Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Costs:

  • No handling fees will be charged for returns.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Vitech GmbH. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided once your return request is approved.

Important Note:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue effectively.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the unwanted item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that processing times for banks or credit card companies may vary.
